Candidates should have five or more years of cross‑functional analytics experience, strong SQL and Python skills, a solid grasp of consumer lending economics, and familiarity with international lending markets. A quantitative degree and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, develop data models, and communicate findings to leadership are essential.
