We're looking for a Business Development Working Student who will be an all-rounder, driving various topics to contribute to bunch's growth and learning by doing. What you will be doing You will contribute to lead generation, sales, and customer support across the Netherlands and Germany. You will build and use AI tools to automate and streamline our processes, from fund research and outreach to CRM workflows. You will support various projects, such as creating sales materials or conducting market and competitor research. What you should bring with you You are a student or recent graduate and have demonstrated exceptional performance in the past, as shown by your extracurricular activities, work experience, or academic record. A proactive mindset with the ability to drive results independently, and a talent for keeping track of multiple tasks in parallel. You have gained first experience in top-tier consulting, venture capital, startups, or another fast-paced or relevant environment, and remain flexible in your approach to tasks. You are curious about GenAI and eager to use it to work smarter. No coding background needed. Good English and advanced Dutch language skills. German is a plus. This role is set up to equip you with the skills to succeed in a full-time commercial role at bunch, a VC, or any other startup. We've 4x our ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs on the platform, and just closed our $35M Series B in May 2026.
