Work with site leadership and partners on rack delivery, integration QA, power‑on, network turn‑up, burn‑in, and validation. Validate handover gates, ensuring acceptance criteria, documentation, spares, and ticketing are complete. Turn lessons learned into program‑wide improvements (procedures, checklists, metrics). Extend deployment program to new sites and platforms, adapting standards as hardware evolves. Communicate status, dependencies, constraints, and risks to engineering, capacity planning, and leadership. Requirements 8+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment as a manager, technical lead, or related role. Proven track record delivering data‑center hardware at scale. Strong knowledge of HPC data centers, infrastructure integration, and fast‑paced environments. Ability to travel 50%+ of the time and work hands‑on on‑site.
