Derzeit suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen engagierten Chatmoderator aus dem Homeoffice. Aufgaben Beantwortung von Live-Chats mit Kunden und Usern: schnell, freundlich und humorvoll Überwachung von Chat-Inhalten gemäß Richtlinien und Meldung von Verstössen Sicherstellung einer positiven User-Erfahrung Qualifikation Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Chatsystemen Schweizerische, österreichische, deutsche oder türkische Staatsbürgerschaft zwingend Erste Erfahrung als Moderator von Vorteil, aber kein Muss Benefits Flexible Arbeitszeiten (so viel du willst und wann du willst, vorherige Absprache mit deinem Vorgesetzten ist nicht notwendig) Wöchentliche Auszahlungen in Euro auf Basis der Anzahl von dir geschriebenen Nachrichten Faire Vergütung (bis 0.17 Euro pro Nachricht) + Bonusmodelle Digitale Einarbeitung (Dauer ca. 30 Minuten) und laufende Kommunikation über ein separates Mitarbeiterportal (mit wöchentlichen Abrechnungen, Worksheets, Kursunterlagen etc.) Interesse geweckt?
