We are now entering the next phase of scale, expanding into new verticals and building a category-defining embedded payments platform. About the Role We're a growing, high-performing company led by serial founders and backed by exceptional investors. We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help drive our marketing activities - someone who fits the T shaped marketing profile: a working knowledge across marketing, with real depth in at least one or two disciplines. Your responsibilities will include: Executing and helping shape the demand generation plan across a broad mix of channels Planning and running cross-functional activities Helping build and execute ABM campaigns Maintaining a clear attribution picture so we know what's actually driving pipeline from their activities Building and improving marketing automation workflows to support lead flow, nurture, and sales handoff Working closely with sales to align activity with pipeline targets and refine ICP targeting Requirements We're looking for someone who is analytical and is comfortable working across a broad remit. Must-haves 4-6 years in marketing B2B experience is mandatory, ideally in fintech T-shaped profile: hands-on working knowledge across a broad mix of marketing channels, with proven depth in at least one Track record of running campaigns with clear, commercial results Comfortable working with Hubspot, Clay and LinkedIn Ads Able to work autonomously and prioritise across multiple concurrent workstreams Comfortable briefing and directing others (freelancers, internal stakeholders) Happy to run owned and third-party events Nice to have Experience building marketing automation workflows Experience in a scale-up environment, building processes rather than inheriting them Our Culture We give people the tools and the support to execute at their best.
