As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant focused on the public sector, you will manage the post-sales deployment and adoption of these IoT solutions for government entities, including state and local agencies and K12 educational institutions. Your daily responsibilities involve owning the customer relationship, facilitating successful product integration, and acting as a bridge between internal teams like Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product. You will be expected to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, ranging from executive leadership to end-users. This role is well-suited for candidates with strong client-facing communication skills and a technical aptitude who are interested in driving digital transformation within public infrastructure. The position is remote, though it requires the ability to travel to customer sites for up to 10% of the time.

About the role: In this role, you will be part of our Public Sector Customer Success team, responsible for helping Enterprise customers deploy and adopt our IoT solutions for their assets. Picking up where our sales teams leave off, you will own the customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment of Samsara's solution. Your customers span the entire range of state, city, and local government, as well as K12 Education. Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a fast growing company from within. This role requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand a customer's business, and comfort explaining technology products to both executives and day-to-day users. In addition to this, you will champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C. May require travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays.
