You would collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to translate feedback into product improvements and ensure technical success. The role suits candidates with a strong software engineering or data science background, experience in solution architecture or technical consulting, familiarity with AI/ML concepts and preferably exposure to ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms, and excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
