Founding GTM Lead Remanence is pioneering the next era of enterprise AI by building intelligent systems that learn continuously from real-world execution. By combining high-fidelity simulation environments with state-of-the-art training loops, we build specialized models that solve long-horizon, complex tasks with unmatched reliability. We’re building the most talent-dense AI team in Europe to make this happen. You’ll own how Remanence goes to market: which customers we focus on, how we win them, and how those relationships grow. Working directly with the founders and technical team, you’ll turn customer insight into clear product priorities and build the commercial foundations of the company. What you’ll work on Own the full sales cycle with enterprises and vertical AI companies, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, contracts and expansion. Lead customer pilots alongside engineers and researchers. Define clear success criteria, demonstrate business value and convert successful pilots into broader deployments. Help shape the product through customer insight. Identify recurring needs, challenge assumptions and help the team prioritize what matters. Navigate enterprise buying processes, coordinating security reviews, procurement and legal discussions with the relevant teams. Build our GTM foundations: positioning, pricing, packaging, pipeline management and a sales playbook that future hires can build on. Help tell our story through customer case studies, content, events and partnerships. About you You have a track record of selling technical products to enterprise customers. You know how to build relationships, develop a compelling business case and carry a complex deal through to close. You combine commercial drive with strong product judgment. You can understand the workflow behind a customer’s request, uncover the underlying need and work with the team to find the right solution. You’re curious about AI and can hold a credible conversation with technical leaders and business decision-makers. You take ownership, move quickly and are comfortable building with limited structure. You’re happy to set the strategy and do the hands-on work to make it happen. We welcome experienced GTM leaders and exceptional founders, product managers, solutions engineers or consultants who have directly won enterprise customers. Prior AI experience is a plus; enterprise sales experience is essential. What we offer Competitive compensation and equity.
