About the role We are looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs. Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts. The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team where engineers own complete problems across the full stack: frontend, backend, agent architecture and infrastructure. You should be equally comfortable building a user-facing feature, designing the services behind it, and deploying and operating the system in production. You will combine strong engineering with product judgement, taking ideas from early prototypes through to reliable features and using real customer feedback to guide what we build next. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and building complete agent-powered features, from frontend interfaces and application state to backend services, APIs and data storage. Developing agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration, creative tools and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image and video generation. Building and operating the infrastructure behind these features, improving quality, performance, scalability and security through evaluations, monitoring and testing. Owning a problem area from discovery and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operation, working closely with product, design and engineering. You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative. The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving a live product, with room to experiment and directly influence the product's direction. Requirements We care about evidence of exceptional engineering: products you have shipped, difficult problems you have solved, and systems you have owned. We are looking for: Strong engineering skills across both frontend and backend, with a track record of independently building complete production applications. Confidence designing user interfaces, backend services, APIs and data models, and understanding how these components work together as a system.
