Why be a Graduate Data & Insight Analyst at THG? As Graduate Data & Insight Analyst, you will support the delivery of consumer and market insight across THG’s Beauty and Nutrition divisions. This is an entry-level role for a curious, analytically minded graduate who wants to build a career in insight and market research. You will work closely with the Insight Manager and Insight Lead to learn research methodology, develop your analytical skills and contribute to insight that informs senior decisions across the group. What you'll do: Research Support Support delivery of primary and secondary research projects — data collection, coding, analysis and report preparation Maintain and update brand tracking, NPS and consumer panel datasets Research competitors, market trends and consumer behaviour — collating and summarising findings Prepare slides, reports and briefing documents to support Insight Manager and Insight Lead outputs Data & Analysis Analyse survey data and quantitative research outputs — producing clear
