Senior contributor on Insider Risk program, refining playbooks, lead detection engineering, mentor analysts, represent team with HR, Legal, executives. Responsibilities Sharpen detection capabilities by refining rules to reduce noise and close gaps. Perform endpoint and user activity investigations using EDR/XDR, UEBA, and SIEM tools. Drive development and iteration of insider risk investigation playbooks. Serve as key contact for HR, Legal, business leaders on active investigations and prepare evidentiary documentation. Requirements Minimum 6+ years experience in insider risk, data protection, fraud investigation, or security operations. Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies. Experience with SIEM or SOAR alert management. Strong communication and cross‑functional engagement. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and automation of investigative workflows. Eligibility U.S. Citizenship required.
