Present demos and lead hands‑on workshops and trials. Influence product direction by representing customer voice. Lead strategic cross‑functional initiatives. Travel up to 25% and attend an in‑person onboarding session in San Francisco. Requirements 6+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, preferably in web development. Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages – HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Consultative approach to solving customer problems. Eligibility Remote‑first role for United States and Canada. Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones. In‑person onboarding required in San Francisco, CA.
