About the Role We are hiring a National Security Partnerships Lead to grow and manage relationships with the U.S. Intelligence Community and allied intelligence and security services. You will report to the Head of National Security Policy and advise company leadership on intelligence and allied‑partner matters. Responsibilities Lead strategic engagement with U.S. Intelligence Community elements and allied services. Partner with security organizations to develop policies for rapid, safe AI adoption. Identify high‑leverage national security deployments and support public sector sales. Brief senior government officials on AI capabilities, risks, and safety approaches. Engage U.S. and foreign officials on international distribution and deployment implications. Collaborate with federal affairs, policy, communications, and marketing teams. Travel regularly within the U.S. and to allied countries. Requirements Substantial experience in national security and work with the Intelligence Community. Active TS/SCI clearance (or held within last two years) and ability to maintain it. Experience negotiating agreements between governments or government and industry. Understanding of intelligence organization operations and classification. Ability to brief senior policymakers and explain technical subjects clearly. Experience working with cross‑functional teams across technical, policy, legal, and product areas. Interest and experience in AI, defense technology, or cybersecurity. Eligibility Preferred: 10+ years experience in national security, liaison or foreign partnership roles, and experience in technology, cybersecurity, or defense sectors.
