IQ Plus AG is a Swiss technology services firm that places senior engineers with clients in the telecom sector. The role is for a Python & Cloud‑Native Software Engineer working in an agile team that builds and operates digital connectivity solutions for a large telecommunications provider. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include designing and implementing micro‑service applications with Python, FastAPI and event‑driven frameworks such as FastStream, managing Kafka pipelines, and deploying to Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. The engineer will lead technical quality by conducting code reviews, defining architecture, establishing clean‑code standards and mentoring junior developers. Close collaboration with product owners, architects and other squads is required, as is participation in CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana). The position suits a candidate with at least eight years of professional software development, extensive experience in Python, microservices, cloud‑native platforms, and a background in telecom OSS/BSS or network orchestration. Strong German and good English, plus proven leadership and communication skills, are essential.
Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden einen erfahrenen Python & Cloud Native Software Engineer. Als Senior Software Engineer übernimmst du eine zentrale technische Rolle in einem agilen Entwicklungsteam der Telekom. Neben der Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Softwarelösungen verantwortest du die technische Qualität der Umsetzung, unterstützt das Team als fachlicher Ansprechpartner und gestaltest die Softwarearchitektur aktiv mit. Du führst das Team technisch, etablierst Best Practices und sorgst durch Code Reviews, Architekturentscheidungen und Mentoring für eine nachhaltige und qualitativ hochwertige Softwareentwicklung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Product Ownern, Architekten und anderen Entwicklungsteams zusammen. Die Digital Solution Connectivity (DSO CNS) setzt sich aus Mitarbeitern sowohl aus dem Business als auch aus dem technischen Bereich zusammen und ist für die Konzeption, Entwicklung, den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung digitaler Konnektivitätslösungen verantwortlich. Für das Team «RIO» suchen wir einen engagierten, eigenverantwortlichen und motivierten Senior Software Entwickler. Team «RIO» sorgt dafür, dass unsere technischen Daten, Netzressourcen und Infrastruktur zuverlässig erfasst, aufbereitet und gesteuert werden können. Es erstellt wichtige Reports (z. B. NISV-QS), unterstützt die betriebliche Kommunikation, unterstützt das Billing und orchestriert die technischen Ressourcen, damit Produkte und Services korrekt bereitgestellt werden. Zudem verantwortet Rio das Asset- und Technikraummanagement – also die Transparenz und Pflege unserer physischen Netze, Anlagen und Verkabelungen und logischen Zusammenhänge von Services Wohnsitz Schweiz, von Vorteil Raum Bern Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Developer, Technical Lead oder Lead Engineer Exzellente Kenntnisse in Python sowie modernen Python-Frameworks, insbesondere FastAPI Erfahrung mit FastStream und eventgetriebenen Architekturen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von Microservices Fundierte Erfahrung mit Apache Kafka Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Kubernetes und OpenShift Sehr gute Kenntnisse im API Management sowie im Design und der Entwicklung von REST-APIs Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bewertung von Softwarearchitekturen Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Code Reviews und der Etablierung von Entwicklungsstandards Erfahrung mit Clean Architecture, Clean Code, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) und Testautomatisierung Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Git sowie modernen CI/CD-Prozessen Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban) Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Erfahrung im Telekommunikationsumfeld (OSS/BSS, Netzmanagement, Provisionierung oder Service-Orchestrierung) Kenntnisse von TM Forum Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture (ODA) oder vergleichbaren Industriestandards Erfahrung mit Cloud-native-Architekturen und DevSecOps Kenntnisse im Bereich Observability (z.
