As we continue to scale our global platform, the Recruiter, Retail Operations & Headquarters will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across retail stores, retail leadership, and corporate headquarters functions. ROLE OVERVIEW This role supports two recruiting audiences: retail operations, including store and high-volume hourly hiring as well as full-cycle recruiting for retail leadership roles, and headquarters, including corporate and professional roles. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers, store and operations leaders, and Talent Acquisition teammates to attract, assess, and hire top talent across both areas, delivering an efficient, high-quality recruiting experience across high-volume retail hiring, retail leadership searches, and corporate searches — while also developing and coaching Retail Leaders on hiring processes and best practices to build greater consistency and capability across store-level hiring. The Recruiter, Retail Operations & Headquarters delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
