Information Factory is a Swiss management‑consulting and software firm that works with clients in the financial industry and the public sector. As a Senior Consultant in Zurich you will translate strategic concepts into measurable outcomes, creating target‑operating models, redesigning end‑to‑end processes and building digital roadmaps that support growth objectives. You will help clients orchestrate digital initiatives through project‑portfolio management, focusing on cost‑benefit analysis, and develop technology‑use cases that address validated customer needs. The role also involves preparing and moderating workshops or meetings to align stakeholders. The position suits candidates with at least two years of consulting experience, solid understanding of business models and processes, and hands‑on experience designing operating models and growth strategies. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, and fluency in German and English are required. A proactive, self‑directed attitude, teamwork, and empathy are essential for success in this client‑facing, technically oriented consulting role.

Was Dich erwartet: Strategien in messbaren Erfolg umwandeln: Entwicklung von Target-Operating-Modellen, Neugestaltung von End-to-End-Prozessen und Erstellung digitaler Roadmaps zur Operationalisierung von Geschäftszielen und Wachstumsstrategien. Projektportfolio-Management: Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Orchestrierung digitaler Initiativen und Ambitionen mit Fokus auf das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis. Kundenzentrierte Konzepte: Analyse, Validierung und Bewertung von Kundenbedürfnissen, Erstellung strategieorientierter Technologie-Use Cases. Moderation von Workshops oder Meetings.
