Für ein Versicherungsunternehmen in Luzern suchen wir einen Spezialisten der im Rahmen einer Data-Transformation, mithilft zentrale Fähigkeiten im Data Management aufzubauen und zu operationalisieren. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Data Governance, Data Architecture, Master Data Management (MDM) sowie Data Quality Management (DQM) . Du unterstützt nicht nur konzeptionell, sondern vor allem in der konkreten Umsetzung und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Lieferung greifbarer Ergebnisse. Ziel ist es, nachhaltige Strukturen, Prozesse und Artefakte zu etablieren und die Organisation entlang einer definierten Roadmap weiterzuentwickeln. Aufgaben: Aufbau und Operationalisierung von Data Governance, MDM und DQM Erarbeitung von Zielbildern, Governance-Strukturen und Rollenmodellen (RACI) Definition und Umsetzung von Governance-Prozessen und Architekturmodellen Entwicklung von MDM-Domänenmodellen und Data-Quality-Regelwerken Aufbau von KPI-, Monitoring- und Reporting-Ansätzen Unterstützung bei Tooling- und Setup-Entscheidungen Umsetzung von Pilotprojekten sowie Sicherstellung der Übergabe in den Betrieb Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von datenschutzkonformem Löschen Befähigung interner Teams und aktive Mitarbeit entlang der Roadmap Anforderungen: Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in Data Governance, Data Architecture, MDM und DQM Starker Hands-on- und Delivery-Fokus Nachweisbare Umsetzungskompetenz (keine reine Strategiearbeit) Fundierte Kenntnisse von DAMA und Data Lifecycle Management Erfahrung in regulierten oder komplexen Organisationen (z. B. Versicherung, Finance) Erfahrung mit Governance Toolchains Erfahrung in agilen Organisationen Vorteil : Kenntnisse in AI im Data Management , Knowledge Graphs oder Architektur-Frameworks Generelle Rahmenbedingungen: Start: asap Pensum: 80-100% Arbeitsort: Luzern (Remote nach Absprache) Sprache: Deutsch Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
