The role requires close partnership with engineering, accounting, treasury, legal, compliance and client‑success groups to drive cross‑functional alignment, ensure platform scalability for international expansion, and define reliability metrics such as settlement success rates and reconciliation coverage. Regularly presenting progress and trade‑offs to senior leadership is also expected. The position suits a seasoned product leader with 15+ years of product management experience, including at least three to five years managing product teams, deep expertise in loans or lending systems, strong background in payments infrastructure or money movement, and familiarity with fintech or financial services platforms.
