As a Senior Front End Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of technical architecture and strategic advisory, focusing on complex React-based environments. Your daily responsibilities include designing scalable enterprise-grade architectures, establishing front-end standards, and implementing robust state management solutions. You will act as a technical sparring partner for both development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that performance, maintainability, and long-term stability are prioritized in every project. The role involves reviewing code, coaching team members, and collaborating closely with backend, UX, and DevOps departments to align on architectural goals. This position is well-suited for a seasoned developer with at least six years of experience in complex React environments who possesses strong communication skills and a deep understanding of TypeScript, modern build pipelines, and testing frameworks. You should be comfortable translating technical requirements into actionable advice and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization. Proficiency in the Dutch language is required for this role.
Leid complexe React-omgevingen naar een hoger niveau. Als Senior Front-end Development Consultant bij Divotion ben jij inhoudelijk richtinggevend binnen React-trajecten. Je helpt organisaties met complexe front-end vraagstukken en tilt architectuur, schaalbaarheid en codekwaliteit naar enterprise-niveau. Je combineert technische diepgang met adviesvaardigheden en neemt eigenaarschap in klantomgevingen waar performance, maintainability en lange termijn doorontwikkeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan strategische React-trajecten bij klanten waar schaalbaarheid, performance en stabiliteit cruciaal zijn. Je fungeert als technisch sparringpartner voor zowel developers als stakeholders. Concreet: Ontwerpen en realiseren van enterprise-grade React-architecturen Opzetten en bewaken van front-end standaarden en design systems Implementeren van schaalbare state management-oplossingen (Redux, Zustand, etc.) Adviseren over tooling, CI/CD, testingstrategie en performance-optimalisatie Reviewen van code en coachen van collega-developers Samenwerken met backend, UX en DevOps op architectuurniveau Actief bijdragen aan knowledge sharing binnen Divotion (kennissessies, events) Je past goed bij deze rol als je jezelf herkent in (een deel van) het onderstaande profiel: HBO+/WO werk- en denkniveau Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als React Front-end Developer in complexe omgevingen Diepgaande expertise in React (hooks, performance, architectuur) Sterke ervaring met TypeScript en component-based development Ervaring met moderne frameworks zoals Next.js (pré) Ervaring met testing frameworks (bijv.
