What You’ll Do: CoreWeave’s Global Tax Team’s mission is to mitigate risk, drive operational efficiencies, and add financial value by combining technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative approach to global taxation. We are seeking a Senior Manager, International Tax Operations, to join our team. This role will be crucial in managing international tax operations, including income tax compliance and provision. It is a unique opportunity to share and influence global tax strategies at a rapidly growing technology company. About the role: Within our AI native Tax Department, this high-impact London-based role offers significant opportunities. You will play a part in influencing our global tax strategy and operations across EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the Director of Tax Operations, you will manage international tax matters in a fast-paced regulatory and business environment. You will partner with the Global Tax team (direct tax operations, advisory and controversy, indirect tax), Controllership and business operations counterparts, and external advisors to ensure compliance and deliver the company’s direct tax compliance and reporting. Compliance and provision Manage non-US direct tax filings prepared by internal teams and external advisors, including matters related to Pillar 2 Advising on local income tax compliance and other reporting obligation matters including DAC 6, anti-hybrid regulations, CbCr, etc. Partner with Controllership in the preparation of statutory financial statements, including the calculation of statutory tax provisions and advise on income tax reporting Enhancing internal controls to ensure accurate accounting for income taxes Building up and liaising with external tax service providers and external auditors in the region on our co-sourcing engagement across tax and statutorily financial statements Co-lead with Director of Tax Operations the build out of APAC provision and compliance processes in 2027, whilst remaining focused on the expansion of EMEA Partnering with indirect tax team on various matters including entity expansion, and indirect tax impacts of intercompany transactions Partner with Treasury to support global cash management Develop and leverage AI tools to enhance and streamline income tax reporting and provision processes Advisory Support Support local management in the integration of M&A targets into CoreWeave Provide support and management of ex-US income tax controversy Look for tax opportunities via our co-sourcing relationships (i.e. non-US R&D credits, withholding tax relief, etc.) Stay abreast of international and OECD legislative and statutory tax changes that may impact CoreWeaveProvide guidance on international tax topics Who You Are: ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or comparable corporate tax and accounting knowledge 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in public accounting and multinational companies.
