The senior backend engineer will work on the Platform Core Automation team, building the AI infrastructure that automates customer‑support and compliance workflows. Day‑to‑day tasks include designing and delivering LLM‑driven agentic systems, creating secure, scalable services in Python and Go, integrating third‑party models, building grounding and measurement pipelines, and collaborating with product, CX and compliance groups to turn operational problems into automated solutions. The role also involves leading code reviews, mentoring peers, and participating in on‑call rotations.
