This is not a traditional development role where AI is used only for code completion. We are looking for engineers who can understand a problem, design the right solution, define architectural and security guardrails, and then use AI aggressively to accelerate implementation without compromising quality. You will be expected to code regularly, own solutions end-to-end, build POCs, drive technical design, review critical code, and help raise the engineering bar across the team.
