2-2 years experienceAbout the Role We are building an agentic platform that understands operational context and takes action, making physical operations increasingly autonomous. The External Platform EMEA team owns critical capabilities such as reporting, enterprise administration, developer and agent platforms, and business‑critical infrastructure. Responsibilities - Own the reporting engine and products that turn fleet complexity into actionable answers. - Build enterprise administration tools for permissions, device metadata, and AI‑assisted onboarding. - Develop APIs, event systems, integrations, and tools for applications and AI agents. - Manage billing, license assignment, and usage metering systems. - Solve complex problems, architect, build, test, and deliver full‑stack products. - Communicate and collaborate with engineers, platform teams, product managers, designers, and support. - Maintain operational health of production systems and provide support as needed. Requirements - 2+ years of software development experience. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Ability to learn quickly and operate with minimal supervision. - Willingness to work across the stack, front‑end or back‑end. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Familiarity with Go, GraphQL, Typescript, React, MySQL (not required but beneficial). Eligibility - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
