Join Our Team We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in Zurich. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining business insight with technical expertise to help clients solve complex challenges. As a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you will play a critical role in designing tailored solutions, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring successful customer outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements Translate complex client needs into effective solution designs and technical specifications Design and present tailored solutions leveraging our product capabilities and integration options Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops for clients and stakeholders Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle Prepare and contribute to RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation and strategic decision-making Develop sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and case studies Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Implementations, Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software, SaaS based environments Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, or related industries Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs and ETL processes Fluent written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Success in this role will be measured through: High-quality and customer-focused solution designs and proposals Effective support of the sales process resulting in accelerated deal closure Strong customer satisfaction with demonstrations, presentations, and proposed solutions Accuracy and completeness of RFI/RFP responses Successful collaboration across Commercial, Product, Implementation, and Operations teams Continuous contribution to product improvement through market and client insights Increased conversion of qualified opportunities into successful customer engagements Why You Should Join Us Opportunity to work with innovative technology solutions in a dynamic commodity trading environment Exposure to international clients and complex business challenges Collaborative and entrepreneurial company culture Direct impact on business growth and customer success Close interaction with senior stakeholders and industry experts Professional development and career growth opportunities An exciting role at the intersection of technology, consulting, and commercial strategy If you are passionate about solving business challenges, working with clients, and delivering innovative solutions that create real value, we'd love to hea
