About the Role Zscaler is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager in the Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services (REIS) organization. The role can be hybrid (San Jose, 3 days/week) or fully remote, reporting to the Cloud Operations Manager. Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end project management for internal infrastructure, new cloud builds, data‑center migrations and cloud services programs. Define charters, detailed plans, milestones and deliverables. Partner with system engineers, infrastructure architects, cloud operations, security and engineering leads. Establish project‑management frameworks, playbooks and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage risk, technical dependencies and executive governance. Maintain data integrity in Jira, Confluence, dashboards and spreadsheets. Requirements Proven experience in technical program or project management for server, network and data‑center operations. Hands‑on expertise in building new cloud environments and executing DC migrations. Strong collaboration, ownership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
