Artefactjobs · 9th arrondissement of Paris, 75009, Paris
Artefact Adopt AI is a Paris‑based firm that organises large‑scale innovation events such as hackathons, participatory workshops and intrapreneurship programmes, bringing together students, tech experts, startups and researchers around emerging technologies like AI, robotics and quantum computing. The Assistant Project Manager – Experience Design internship lasts six months and supports the design and delivery of these events. Daily tasks include conceiving end‑to‑end participant journeys, drafting activity sequences, timing, instructions and ice‑breakers, and producing supporting materials such as canvases, cards, guides and visuals. The intern also co‑facilitates workshops, extracts actionable insights for clients, and manages project logistics from planning through coordination with clients and sponsors. Prototyping work involves turning team ideas into mock‑ups and helping craft compelling pitches. A bonus component, the AI Playground, lets the intern experiment with AI tools to improve internal processes and participant experience. The role suits a final‑year student with strong communication, organisational and design thinking skills, an interest in emerging tech, and a willingness to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
