Joining Novaspace means becoming part of a fast-growing international consulting group specializing in the space sector. Novaspace is currently hiring a Web Engineer to support the development and continuous improvement of its digital platforms, websites, and web-based products. As part of the Digital and Data team, the Web Engineer will contribute to Novaspace’s digital activities by developing and maintaining WordPress and WooCommerce websites, custom PHP solutions, React interfaces, and API integrations. Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites Build custom PHP features, themes, plugins, and backend functionality Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Integrate third-party services, payment solutions, and internal systems through APIs Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve website performance, security, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility Collaborate with the Digital and Data team, designers, and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Test, document, deploy, and maintain web solutions while ensuring code quality and timely delivery Desired Skills and Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development Strong experience in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and website maintenance Proven experience developing and customizing WooCommerce websites and e-commerce functionality Strong knowledge of PHP and experience developing custom PHP solutions Experience building responsive web interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and third-party services Good knowledge of MySQL or another relational database Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Understanding of web security, performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and deliver projects within agreed deadlines Additional assets Experience with website hosting, deployment, migration, and server environments Familiarity with search engine optimization and web accessibility best practice Experience working in an Agile or project-based development environment Interest in the space sector, data-driven products, or digital consulting Benefits Bonus based on performance Profit sharing bonus (prime intéressement) Meal voucher - Swile : 12€ / working day Remote work : 2 days / week International environment Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
