Responsibilities Implement AI-powered solutions to streamline contract review and redlining processes. Manage integrations between existing legal systems and AI tools. Develop automated self‑service solutions for high‑volume contracting, including FAQ chatbots and guided workflows. Create AI‑based tools for commercial contract diligence requests. Optimize contract management platforms with AI capabilities. Create and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Build and maintain metrics dashboards to track efficiency improvements. Establish governance processes for AI use in legal operations. Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on solution development. Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting program success. Requirements Experience evaluating and implementing legal technology platforms such as contract management, workflow, or document management tools. Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication with technical and legal stakeholders. Self‑directed, able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously. Technical aptitude with system integration knowledge. Familiarity with LLM frameworks, machine learning, or data science. Project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Eligibility Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal operations, legal technology, or technical roles supporting legal teams.
