3-3 years experienceAbout the Role Manifold, part of Lyft, creates award‑winning experiences and seeks a Creative Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end creative initiatives, manage schedules, trackers, and status reporting, and coordinate design work across teams. Responsibilities Own master workback schedules, maintain centralized trackers and dashboards, drive internal accountability through weekly status reports, keep Creative Director and Services Manager informed, coordinate design requests, communicate with Account and Production, partner with Producers and Creative to flag risks, monitor team bandwidth, track project scope and hours. Requirements 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in‑house creative team; proactive problem‑solving; strong record‑keeping; command of workback schedules; clear communication across Creative, Account, and Production; collaborative, low‑ego style; ability to manage multiple hats; preferred experience in top‑tier creative agency or in‑house marketing; preferred hands‑on fabrication and print production experience.
