The Developer GTM Strategy Manager internship sits within the Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation team, where the incumbent helps turn strategic priorities into concrete work streams, owners, milestones, and success measures. Responsibilities include owning or co‑owning planning and execution for high‑priority go‑to‑market programs such as Cloudflare Connect, SKO, Build Week‑style initiatives, innovation weeks, enablement efforts, leadership off‑sites, and cross‑functional planning cycles. The role acts as connective tissue across Developer GTM, Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Growth, Community, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, sequencing, messaging, tradeoffs, and follow‑through. It also involves translating priorities into internal narratives, leader talking points, field enablement materials, and team‑wide updates, while supporting broader strategy and incubation projects such as building execution plans, establishing planning rhythms, and incubating new motions until they are measurable and ready for durable ownership. The position suits candidates with a background in strategy, business operations, or revenue operations who thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and can manage multiple priorities across cross‑functional teams.
