About the Role As the GTM Enablement Trainer for Claude Products, you will teach Anthropic's global field organization how to use Claude, become power users, and position the product credibly with customers. You will work closely with Product, Applied AI, and Product Marketing to anticipate upcoming launches and create enablement content. Responsibilities Own product enablement for the global field organization across new launches, existing capabilities, and the product roadmap. Build programs that make sellers expert users of Claude in daily work. Create enablement content such as demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning material. Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to gain early visibility into shipping features and shape field readiness. Anticipate new product surfaces that require enablement investment and make the case before launch. Build and maintain a product certification path for sellers. Establish feedback loops to convey field and customer signals back to Product and Product Marketing. Requirements Minimum qualifications: experience bridging sales and technical audiences (solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management); hands‑on use of AI assistants and agentic tools (Claude, Claude Code); working technical knowledge of LLM products (prompting, context, tool use, APIs) sufficient to demo live and answer engineering buyer questions; experience turning fast‑moving technical products into enablement content (demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, training curricula); experience writing and presenting technical material for varied audiences. Preferred qualifications: hands‑on experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling; experience owning launch readiness for a technical product across a global field organization; prior experience as a solutions or sales engineer delivering technical wins; experience building technical certification programs; track record of shipping enablement content that the field uses; experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing to prepare the field ahead of launch; experience building programs from 0 to 1 in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
