The Lead Product Manager for Enterprise Services Management will be based in Vancouver, BC and will own the end‑to‑end definition and delivery of a new AI‑driven service‑management product line. The role involves shaping a three‑year product vision, translating customer pain points into a minimum viable product, and iterating on features that automate IT, HR and support workflows. Daily activities include deep collaboration with engineering, design, research and data science, as well as close partnership with sales, marketing and customer success to craft go‑to‑market strategy, pricing and onboarding. The manager will spend significant time with enterprise customers to validate concepts, co‑design workflows and measure outcomes, while also diving into technical architecture, integrations and AI agent behavior. The position suits a senior product leader with ten or more years of experience building enterprise SaaS or automation platforms, a strong track record of 0‑to‑1 product launches, and comfort with AI, large‑scale workflow engines and customer‑centric development.
