In the role of Legal Counsel, Litigation and Copyright, you would manage a mixed docket of disputes, conduct risk‑based assessments, and provide advisory guidance on copyright and patent issues. Day‑to‑day work includes drafting pleadings, coordinating e‑discovery, leading confidential inquiries, and helping shape internal policies to handle increasing workloads. The position calls for a qualified attorney with experience in litigation, intellectual property—particularly copyright and patent law—and familiarity with e‑discovery processes. Strong analytical skills, the ability to proactively identify solutions, and comfort working in a fast‑growing, high‑stakes environment are essential for success.

As Legal Counsel, Litigation, you will work on a variety of litigation, copyright, patent, and other contentious and advisory matters, and help craft the way our company thinks about and handles them. The work we face is constantly developing, and the workload is growing faster than we can, so we will look to you to think thoughtfully about processes and policies that will help meet our goals. Your experience making risk-based assessments and proactively finding solutions to complex problems will be crucial. Significant e-discovery experience and experience conducting confidential inquiries are a plus.
