Market Manager, DACH (hotels)

Airbnb · Berlin, Germany

Airbnb operates a global online marketplace that connects hosts offering short‑term stays and experiences with travelers seeking accommodation. In the Hotels organization, the team works to increase the supply of hotel inventory on the platform and drive bookings for partner properties. As a Market Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and parts of Central Eastern Europe, you would be responsible for growing and maintaining Airbnb’s hotel footprint in those markets. Day‑to‑day tasks include building and managing relationships with independent hotels, chains and groups, optimizing their listings through pricing, availability and promotional levers, and conducting regular performance reviews to meet quarterly targets. You would also collaborate with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax and support teams to navigate local regulatory requirements, share market insights and feed back product feedback. The role suits candidates with at least five years of experience in sales, account management or partner support, preferably with some exposure to the tech or travel sector, fluency in German and English, and a track record of driving growth through data‑informed, entrepreneurial initiatives.
