3-3 years experienceAbout the Role The Onboarding Lead owns the first six months of a client relationship, converting booked MRR into live, retained revenue and setting each account up for long‑term success. Responsibilities Own the onboarding journey from signed contract to Customer Success Manager handoff. Project‑manage each implementation: define timelines, set milestones, coordinate internal teams, and keep onboarding on track. Act as the primary client contact throughout onboarding, resolving questions quickly and building trust. Collaborate with Account Executives to understand client expectations and pricing adjustments. Identify and escalate blockers early to manage risk. Conduct formal handoffs to the CSM team with a complete account brief. Track and report on time‑to‑revenue, milestone completion rate, and CSAT. Contribute to playbook development and share learnings. Requirements 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project management within SaaS or professional services. Strong project‑management instincts and ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. Full ownership mindset and ability to be the single point of accountability. Strong client communication and relationship‑building skills. Eligibility
