2-6 years experienceAbout the Role Salesforce Support Engineer works on the Salesforce Platform, assisting developers and customers with solutions for Industries and Revenue Cloud products. Responsibilities Provide premier support and handle critical escalations. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (AE, TAM, CSM). Maintain relationships with product team. Create quality investigations and meet monthly KPIs such as CSAT and productivity. Respond to escalated customer requests from Tier 2 analysts. Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology. 2–6 years of Salesforce engineering/programming experience. Minimum 2 years hands‑on with Industries or Revenue Cloud products (CME, CPQ, HINS, OmniStudio, Billing, Pricing). Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator, Platform Developer (mandatory); Industries CPQ Developer & CPQ Administrator (preferred). Proficiency in LWC, Apex, JSON, XML, YAML, SOAP, REST, AJAX, SQL and RDBMS. Knowledge of OWD, user sharing, visibility, licensing, Experience Sites customization. Strong communication and documentation skills. Eligibility Open to candidates with the above education and experience criteria.
