About the Role Scaled Partner Enablement Programs Lead will build and run partner enablement programs, train‑the‑trainer models, webinars, and coordinate across product marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure field readiness for Anthropic’s Claude. Responsibilities Build partner train‑the‑trainer model and package training for partners. Create repeatable processes to take sales plays and launches to market with partners at scale. Manage global partner webinar series and evolve it into primary channel for product and program messaging. Strengthen internal field enablement on partners and co‑sell. Run the program portfolio with shared operating model, content intake, calendar, production standards, and global delivery. Lead a team of contractors and coordinate work across multiple teams. Track field readiness and define metrics to measure program effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience building and scaling 1:many enablement programs for large partner sales and technical audiences. Experience enabling large internal sales organizations on new GTM motions and co‑selling with external partners. Track record taking sales plays or GTM motions to market through partners and measuring pipeline impact. Built or run a train‑the‑trainer model for partner‑delivered training. Led programs through contractors or vendors across multiple regions and languages. Comfort operating in fast‑changing product and messaging environments. Experience using AI in day‑to‑day workflows.
