The People Programs Lead role focuses on designing and delivering employee onboarding experiences, managing global onboarding cohorts, and supporting broader talent‑management initiatives such as mentorship, learning & development, and performance programs. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating pre‑boarding logistics, facilitating live onboarding sessions both in‑person and remotely, partnering with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, and People Business Partners to resolve operational issues, measuring program effectiveness through surveys and analytics, and contributing to employee engagement and mobility projects. The role suits candidates with several years of program management experience in talent operations, people operations, or learning and development, strong facilitation and presentation abilities, comfort working across multiple stakeholders, and basic data‑analytics fluency, preferably gained in a fast‑paced tech environment.
