Senior Live Ops Producer

As a Senior Live Ops Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of live events and shared moments on the platform. This role involves coordinating complex launch sequences, managing operational war rooms, and ensuring seamless execution from initial readiness through the conclusion of an event. You will act as the primary operational contact for internal teams and external development partners, overseeing milestones, integration deadlines, and launch criteria. Day-to-day duties include running rehearsals, managing incident responses, coordinating hotfixes, and validating reward delivery for players. You will also work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to monitor event health and player sentiment.
