5-5 years experienceAbout the Role Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer responsible for end‑to‑end visibility into Salesforce platform, configuration, support, architecture, and integration with CPQ, NetSuite, Snowflake. Responsibilities - Hands‑on platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and user support. - Maintain and optimize CPQ, pricing, quoting, and opportunity workflows. - Serve as escalation line of support for Salesforce issues. - Collaborate with Sales, GTM Operations, Finance, Product & Engineering, and leadership. - Define and implement standard operating procedures (field hygiene, data retention, integrations, permission sets, validation rules). - Conduct system audits and health checks. - Manage pre‑production and production environments, deploy changes using change sets or DevOps tooling. - Own Salesforce license allocation and forecasting, monitor data storage. - Build integrations, data flows, and install managed packages between Salesforce and external systems. - Create and maintain system documentation, participate in release planning, UAT, post‑deployment validation. - Contribute to roadmap initiatives from design through testing and deployment. - Stay current with Salesforce platform changes and recommend new features. Requirements - 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including Salesforce CPQ and quote‑to‑cash processes. - Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, pricing rules, and quote‑to‑contract‑to‑order handoff. - Experience writing and maintaining Apex (triggers, classes, batch/schedulable). - Experience with integrations to NetSuite, Snowflake and other external systems. - Ability to use change sets or DevOps tooling for deployments. - Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
