The engineer will lead technical design discussions, mentor junior developers, and act as a tech lead for a small engineering team. Candidates should have at least seven years of professional software development experience, with four or more years in full‑stack development using modern languages such as Java, C++ or C#. Demonstrated experience in system design, architecture, and leading engineering efforts is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
