The Senior Technical Consultant – Agentforce Revenue Cloud Management role focuses on delivering Revenue Cloud migration projects for clients. Day‑to‑day work includes configuring Salesforce CPQ product catalogues, pricing rules and quote templates; migrating product, price book, contract and subscription data using Data Loader, Bulk API and custom ETL pipelines; setting up Salesforce Billing schedules, invoice templates and tax integrations; developing Apex batch classes, triggers and REST/SOAP adapters for ERP connections; building Agentforce revenue agents with topics, instructions and custom actions; creating validation dashboards, Flow orchestrations and reconciliation tools; coordinating dry‑run cycles in SIT/UAT environments; and supporting final go‑live cutover activities. The consultant works under Technical and Solution Architects, mentors junior consultants and ensures factory quality standards are met across all deliverables. This position suits professionals with hands‑on experience in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Apex development, data migration, ERP integration and Agentforce implementation.

About the Role Senior Technical Consultant – Agentforce Revenue Cloud Management responsible for executing CPQ configuration, billing setup, data migration and Agentforce agent implementation within Revenue Cloud migration waves. Responsibilities Execute Salesforce CPQ configuration including product catalogue, pricing rules, discount schedules, price books, guided selling, approval processes, quote templates and amendment/renewal logic. Perform product catalogue and pricing data migration using Data Loader, Bulk API and ETL pipelines, validating records and pricing logic. Migrate active contracts and subscription records, loading Contract, Subscription, Asset and Order objects while preserving relationships. Configure Salesforce Billing schedules, invoice templates, payment terms, usage‑based billing, tax engine integration and dunning workflows. Develop Apex components such as Batch Apex, SBQQ plugins, custom price calculation triggers and REST callout adapters for ERP integration. Implement Agentforce revenue agents with custom Apex actions for quote‑assist, renewal and deal desk use cases. Build migration validation and reconciliation tooling using LWC dashboards, Flow orchestrations and Apex batch utilities. Develop ERP integration components with REST/SOAP adapters and Platform Event subscribers for SAP, Oracle or NetSuite. Execute and manage dry‑run cycles for CPQ and billing data migration in SIT/UAT environments. Support go‑live cutover execution including final data loads and validation of product catalogue integrity.
