As a Senior UX Researcher based in Bengaluru, you will lead research efforts for Okta’s Access Management portfolio, focusing on delivering frictionless, phishing‑resistant authentication experiences for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android. Your day‑to‑day work will involve defining research questions, planning and executing generative and evaluative studies, building and maintaining a dedicated user panel, and applying mixed methods such as contextual inquiry, usability testing, surveys and quantitative analysis. You will also champion the use of AI tools to automate repetitive research tasks, mentor cross‑functional partners in Product, Design and Engineering to run high‑quality studies, and synthesize findings into clear stories and actionable recommendations for global engineering, product and design stakeholders. The role suits experienced researchers with a strong background in technical B2B, enterprise, security or developer‑facing domains, who thrive in autonomous, collaborative environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
