About the Role You will join the Product & Pricing Operations team at Salesforce, driving transformation of the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework, launching newly acquired products, migrating contracts, and integrating legacy offerings. Responsibilities Design, stand up, and continually refine NPI frameworks to streamline cross‑functional alignment and scale launch throughput. Establish systematic channels to collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Operations. Tie stakeholder feedback to operational enhancements that improve launch success rates and product lifecycle experience. Lead operational workstreams for newly acquired product launches to ensure rapid go‑to‑market readiness. Support migration of customer contracts, SKUs, and pricing structures during integration and sunsetting efforts. Coordinate cross‑functional launch initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies. Ensure end‑to‑end operational readiness across quoting, packaging, discounting, provisioning, activation, service delivery, invoicing, and sales readiness. Configure, stage, deploy, and maintain product configuration data, price books, and SKUs in Salesforce. Investigate and troubleshoot release blockers or production incidents in complex CRM and quote‑to‑cash environments. Requirements 3‑5+ years of experience in complex business and technical environments such as management consulting, business operations, or product operations. Proven track record designing, transforming, or optimizing NPI processes and frameworks. Strong project management background with experience driving cross‑functional change and integration initiatives. Hands‑on technical and functional experience with CRM, SFA, or Quote‑to‑Cash / Price Book systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. PMP certification (preferred). Prior experience supporting acquisition integrations, product migrations, or contract transitions (preferred). Familiarity with release staging, SKU architecture, and resolving release blockers (preferred).
