Ensure data integrity across all inbound and outbound integrations by building rigorous mapping, transformation, and validation processes. Govern the integration lifecycle, managing code migrations, production hyper‑care, and Workday release cycles including impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption of new features. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, advising HR, IT, and business stakeholders on design patterns and best practices. Extend Workday's capabilities through Extend applications, calculated fields, and business process automation. Maintain key external platform connections such as Greenhouse and HireVue. Responsibilities Design, configure, and deploy complex Workday integrations. Perform impact analysis and regression testing for Workday releases. Provide production support and hyper‑care for integration issues. Collaborate with HR, IT, and engineering teams to align integration solutions with business needs. Requirements Deep Workday integration expertise with 8 years of overall Workday experience and 4+ years hands‑on integration experience. Fluency in Workday data model and core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Security modules. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, SQL, API authentication, encryption, certificates (x509/PGP), and SFTP/data exchange frameworks. Experience working in global, multi‑region environments. Builder mentality with a focus on creating smarter, maintainable solutions. Experience with Workday Extend; familiarity with agentic AI or LLMs such as Claude is a plus.
