As an Installation Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end logistics of hardware deployments across customer fleets. Your daily responsibilities involve validating site readiness, coordinating with installation partners, and ensuring that technical specifications and statements of work are met. You will act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting, tracking project progress in real-time, and providing regular status reports to internal stakeholders, including sales and implementation teams. This role requires a high level of detail and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational execution. It is well-suited for candidates who possess a blend of project coordination experience and field operations knowledge. About the role: As an Installation Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating and monitoring Samsara hardware installations across customer fleets. You will ensure that each deployment is carried out according to technical and operational standards, working closely with Implementation consultants, Account Executives, Partners, and Internal stakeholders to guarantee a successful customer experience from the start. This is a critical and detail-oriented role that blends project coordination, field operations knowledge, and customer success. Your work ensures our customers’ first touchpoint with Samsara’s technology is smooth, impactful, and aligned with our quality and safety standards. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico. In this role, you will: Coordinate pre-installation logistics with partners. Validate customer and site readiness, including cable availability and configuration. Ensure the Statement of Work (SOW) is fully understood and achievable before kickoff. Track real-time installation progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan. Identify deviations from expected timelines or specifications and define/remediate action plans. Drive weekly installation reporting cadence and provide updates to internal teams. Maintain installation evidence and ensure proper documentation is stored and accessible. Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting during install phases. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Support to ensure alignment. Ensure installation partners are trained and follow Samsara standards. Monitor CSAT related to installation events and resolve root causes of dissatisfaction. Provide proactive communication and transparency with customers during install projects. Define and continuously improve the installation coordination process using AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to enhance efficiency and scale globally. Minimum requirements for the role: Experience in field operations coordination, customer implementation, or technical deployment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple installs in parallel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
