About the Role Detection Analyst role within Zscaler's Detection Operations Team, remote (USA only). Utilizes advanced detection platform to analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and logs across Endpoint, Identity, Network, Cloud/SaaS, publishing threats for MDR customers and improving workflow through automation. Responsibilities Analyze EDR telemetry, alerts, and log sources across detection domains (Endpoint, Identity, Network, Cloud/SaaS). Publish concise threat reports with indicators and remediation guidance. Improve detection workflow via orchestration and automation to handle high telemetry volume. Requirements Demonstrated curiosity and experience with AI tools and integration into workflows. Strong experience in Endpoint (EDR) and at least one other domain (Cloud/SaaS, Identity, Email, Network). Proficiency with query languages such as SQL or Lucene. Preferred: experience with AI-driven automation, red team/offensive security background, active involvement in infosec community.
