About the Role Director, Threat Research Engagement – ThreatLabz reporting to VP, Solutions Marketing. Lead a hybrid team to translate threat research into compelling narratives for security leaders, technical practitioners, information sharing organizations, and media. Responsibilities Strategic Messaging: develop positioning and messaging that establishes ThreatLabz as the definitive source of threat intelligence. Launch Orchestration: collaborate cross‑functionally with research, product management, sales, enablement, and demand generation to lead high‑impact report launches and research releases. Content for Every Surface: create and commission content engineered for human readers, machine ingestion, and AI‑driven discovery across all channels. Sales Empowerment: communicate the value of ThreatLabz intelligence to the sales organization and develop tools that integrate threat research into customer conversations. Market Intelligence: monitor the evolving threat landscape, track competitor and analyst framing, and shape go‑to‑market strategy to position ThreatLabz as an industry benchmark. Requirements Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies into workflows. Strong problem‑solving, high‑trust collaboration, growth mindset, and customer obsession. Excellent communication, storytelling, and ability to drive execution with urgency and bias for action. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
