The Marketing Financial Manager role supports Twilio’s global Marketing organization by owning the end‑to‑end management of its operating expense budget, including headcount/payroll modeling, program spend tracking across ten marketing functions, and PO‑level expense monitoring. The position drives monthly and quarterly forecasting, long‑term financial modeling, and in‑quarter budget pacing, working closely with marketing leadership to reallocate uncommitted funds to high‑priority initiatives. It also involves partnering with Accounting on month‑end accruals and close, coordinating with Procurement on purchase‑request and purchase‑order workflows, and performing ad‑hoc financial analyses such as ROI evaluations for marketing programs and vendor renewals. The incumbent is expected to modernize forecasting processes using FP&A systems, data analytics, and automation tools, and to deliver decision‑support to senior directors and VPs. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent, with eight or more years of progressive corporate finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment, and have hands‑on expertise with enterprise FP&A platforms, ERP systems, HCM tools, advanced Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.

Drive strategic financial planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long‑term financial modeling. Lead in‑quarter budget pacing and reallocate uncommitted funds. Partner with Accounting on month‑end accruals and with Procurement on PR and PO workflows. Execute ad‑hoc financial analyses, ROI evaluations, and decision support. Modernize forecasting workflows using FP&A systems, data analytics, and automation tools. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years progressive corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience, preferably in high‑growth technology or SaaS. Experience managing high‑volume OPEX budgets ($50M+), complex PO tracking, vendor accruals, and headcount forecasting. Advanced financial modeling skills and hands‑on experience with enterprise FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive), ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite), and HCM/recruiting systems (Workday, Greenhouse). Proficiency with SQL and PowerBI. Eligibility Bachelor's degree required.
