This team takes on highly ambiguous, cross-functional problems where the upside is company-defining. We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives in a hands‑on builder role, with direct product ownership and no direct people management responsibilities. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering closely with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch, and with revenue and business teams to bring new products to market and scale. Responsibilities Understand customers and strategic context, build deep understanding of users, merchants, and partners, connect insights to strategy, track product and industry shifts. Set vision, strategy, and roadmap with senior leaders, define outcomes and success metrics. Lead zero‑to‑one product development across discovery, validation, MVP, launch, and iteration, own UI/UX using AI tools, write customer‑facing copy, analyze behavior, own experimentation end‑to‑end. Lead cross‑functional groups, serve as thought partner to CEO, communicate decisions and risks, raise the bar for product craft, establish patterns and frameworks. Requirements ~8–10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record shipping products. Strong strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, ability to lead ambiguous, high‑impact initiatives, excellent communication and leadership skills.
